2026-27 Student Board Member Applications Open

Applications for the 2026–27 Student Board Member are now open. The Student Board Member represents student perspectives at Board of Education meetings and helps inform district decisions that impact schools across Los Angeles Unified.

Who can apply:
Enrolled in Los Angeles Unified
Graduating with the Class of 2027
Minimum 2.0 GPA

What’s required:
A complete application includes three essays, three letters of recommendation, and an official transcript. Only complete applications submitted by the deadline will be reviewed.
